Nolly, an ice cream parlour serving fresh home-made delicious ice cream, pastries, and candies located at 215, Roseillers road in Montreal. New flavours of ice cream are regularly coming out to please everyone at a reasonable price.

The interior of the ice cream parlour and the brand have a clean and cozy design to give the most pleasurable experience to the customers. The brand is remarkable by its cute mascot character, reflecting an image of comfort and thrust worthiness.

The little ice cream shop started has a school project in a college branding class. Two friends, Allyson and Noah decided to make an ice cream shop concept for the project and mix both of their first names to create the brand. At the end of the semester, their idea was cheered on by many friends to make it real. The little ice cream parlour opened in August 2023.
